Inspired by the may 1952 cover of Hot Rod Magazine this painting uses Neal East’s contemporary/traditional track roadster and modern kids in modern dress to show that when it comes to boys, girls and cars, some things never change. Behind the wheel is Neal’s son Chad attempting to restrain an enthusiastic Tim Weisz while my hot rod crazy daughter Rachel pretends to ignore the attention.

Signed and Numbered Limited Edition Print from an edition of 950 copies, 16" x 20", $150.
