The Gentleman’s Tiger

This painting of a rare 1965 Sunbeam Tiger was created for owner and collector Mark Montalban. The car is unique from most Tigers by the absence of a roll bar, hood scoop and aluminum wheels. Depicted as if it is in the driveway of an English country estate and garden, the only hint that a powerful 260 V8 resides under the hood is the ‘260’ badge on the fender below the chrome Tiger logo (as well as two chrome exhaust tips, not visible in the painting, protruding form below the rear bumper). All in all this is truly a stealthy, understated Tiger; hence the painting title, ‘The Gentleman’s Tiger’ .

Signed and Numbered Limited Edition Prints from an edition of only 150 copies measuring 16" x 20’, for $150 each plus $9 shipping.
